Gorenje Orodjarna has extensive experience in designing and manufacturing sheet-metal forming dies for the automotive and home-appliance industries. Our tools are used to produce a wide range of structural, functional, and aesthetic components.

Progressive dies manufactured by Gorenje Orodjarna play a key role in high-volume automotive production. We design dies up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm, based on customer drawings or 3D models. The development process includes:
This ensures excellent tool quality, stable performance, and immediate readiness for mass production.
Our transfer dies for the automotive industry, measuring up to 6,000 × 2,000 mm, are engineered for complex, large components. We design the forming technology according to customer specifications and supply all associated transfer equipment. For high-volume production and demanding geometries, wear-intensive die sections are protected with heavy-duty coatings to ensure long service life.
Among conventional (single-operation) dies, we develop and manufacture:
These tools are ideal for prototypes, small batches, large components, and specialized forming operations.
Our injection moulds for thermoplastics are widely used in the home-appliance, electrical engineering, and automotive industries. We design moulds up to 1,000 × 1,000 mm, based on customer 3D models, and validate design solutions using Moldflow simulations.
Key strengths include:
Our know-how, advanced manufacturing methods, and strict quality control ensure moulds that meet the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and surface finish — even for highly complex products.
Gorenje Orodjarna also manufactures EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam forming tools for packaging and technical applications. Our solutions ensure stable processing, long tool life, and consistent product quality.
For parts with complex geometry or high-strength materials, we build prototype tooling before committing to a full production tool — validating form, fit and function while design changes are still cheap to make. Prototype tools run through the same in-house design-to-machining pipeline as our production tools, just scoped for speed: fewer cavities, simplified cooling, and a shorter path from 3D model to first parts. Typical turnaround is a few weeks depending on part complexity and material. Because the same engineers and machines carry the design through to production tooling, lessons learned on the prototype — fit issues, warpage, cycle-time surprises — feed straight back into the final tool design.
Automotive manufacturers rely on tooling partners who deliver accuracy, consistency and speed — and that’s where we excel. Our stamping and forming tools support demanding vehicle programs, from structural elements to exterior and interior components. Discover anonymized samples that reflect the performance, safety and design standards required in modern mobility.

Our tools help shape the everyday products people trust in their homes.
