What we do

Core Competencies

One partner, every stage — from the first simulation to the tool's last day in production. We take a part concept through design, simulation, machining, assembly, tryout, quality verification and maintenance — the same team accountable throughout, so nothing gets lost in handoffs between suppliers.

DIGITAL ENGINEERING & SIMULATION

Development & engineering

We support customers from feasibility assessment and product industrialization to complete tool design, manufacturing, try-out, and production launch. Using advanced CAD/CAE engineering, forming simulations, virtual validation, and digital development tools, we optimize tool performance, identify manufacturing risks at an early stage, and reduce development time, costs, and project lead times.
Our digitally integrated project management environment enables accurate planning, real-time project monitoring, and efficient resource utilization throughout the entire tool development process. Combined with extensive toolmaking know-how and advanced manufacturing technologies, we deliver reliable, high-performance tooling solutions from concept to serial production.

INTEGRATED TOOLMAKING CAPABILITIES

Manufacturing technologies

Vertical and horizontal machining centers handle fine 3D finishing through large die-housing work, up to 5,000 × 3,000 × 2,000 mm and 65 HRc.

Surface and profile grinding for tool plates and inserts, held to final assembly tolerances.

Wire and sinker EDM for hardened detail geometry that cannot be milled.

Turning, drilling and laser cutting for round components, spacers and formed sheet parts.

Advanced CNC milling, grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, turning, laser processing, and press try-out technologies enable the production of high-precision tooling for demanding applications. Our integrated manufacturing environment combines modern machinery, digital process control, and skilled specialists to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficient project execution from single components to complete tooling systems.

Tool assembly & tryout

Precise design and top-grade machining only become a working tool after thorough tryout, on-time assembly and proper commissioning. This is where every prior stage gets tested against reality — and where we make sure the customer's production line starts up without surprises.

Tools are tried out on our own hydraulic and mechanical presses before delivery: a MOSSINI 6,300 kN hydraulic press (table 3,000 × 1,500 mm) and a RAVNE 8,000 kN mechanical press (table 4,000 × 2,000 mm, coil feed to 1,000 mm).

Precision Measurement, Digital Inspection & Tool Validation

Quality is assured at every stage of the business process — from quotation, design and technology through machining to final assembly and service. Our dedicated measuring laboratory verifies every tool against its model, from first article inspection through ongoing production checks.
All measurement data is digitally recorded and compared with the nominal CAD model, enabling deviations to be identified and corrected before tool delivery. Integrated within our ISO-certified quality management system, this approach provides full traceability and documented inspection records for every tool we manufacture.

Tool maintenance

Tools wear, and production doesn't stop for repairs. Our maintenance team services and repairs tooling — from routine reconditioning to full refurbishment after a design change — with in-house laser welding restoring worn edges and cavities with minimal downtime.

Because the same team that designs and builds a tool also maintains it, we can trace a wear pattern back to its original geometry or process fast, instead of starting a repair from scratch. Maintenance is scheduled around the customer's production calendar, so a tool comes off the line only when it has to.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Questions, answered with clarity.

Typically 12–20 weeks from released design to first-article approval, depending on tool size and complexity.

Yes — feasibility study, simulation and full 3D tool design are done in-house, then carried through to CNC programs.

We build prototype tooling on the same pipeline as production tools, scoped for speed rather than volume.

Every tool is measured against its 3D model in our metrology lab and tried out on our own presses before it ships.

Yes — servicing, laser weld repair and full refurbishment, scheduled around your production calendar.
